    Following the disciplinary investigation initiated yesterday regarding the incident involving our players Federico Valverde and Aurélien Tchouaméni, both players were questioned and interviewed today.

    During the investigation, both players expressed deep remorse over what happened and apologized to each other.

    They also apologized to the club, their teammates, coaching staff, and supporters, while stating their willingness to accept any sanction deemed appropriate by Real Madrid Football Club.

    Based on the above circumstances, Real Madrid Football Club has decided to impose a financial penalty of €500,000 on each player, thereby closing the internal disciplinary proceedings.

    According to reports, a very serious altercation broke out between Valverde and Tchouaméni after training yesterday, resulting in Valverde being taken to hospital. Based on the club’s announcement, he is expected to miss 10–14 days with a head injury and has been ruled out of the upcoming El Clásico.
