According to Argentine outlet TyC Sports, Cristiano Ronaldo has fulfilled a promise by gifting his FIFA World Cup match-worn boots to popular streamer IShowSpeed, better known as Speed.

Ronaldo had previously promised the American content creator that he would give him a special gift if Portugal reached the World Cup quarter-finals. Although Portugal were eliminated by Spain in the Round of 16, the Portuguese superstar still honored his promise, and Speed's emotional reaction quickly went viral across social media.

Portugal's World Cup campaign ended with a defeat to Spain in the Round of 16. While Ronaldo's performances during the tournament did not shine as brightly as those of some other stars, one of his most devoted supporters remained by his side throughout the competition—Speed, the famous streamer who has long regarded Ronaldo as his idol and continued creating World Cup-related content.

Their relationship made headlines once again during Spain's quarter-final victory over Belgium, which secured La Roja a place in the semi-finals against France. Sitting in the stands wearing a Belgium jersey, Speed was unexpectedly handed a package. As soon as he opened it, he was left speechless.
