Turin has been selected to host the 2028 UEFA Conference League final, with Juventus Stadium chosen as the venue for one of European football’s major club finals. UEFA confirmed the decision as part of its announcement covering the host stadiums for the Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League finals across the 2027-28 and 2028-29 seasons.

Juventus had previously been in contention to host both the 2028 Conference League final and the 2029 Europa League final, but ultimately secured the rights to the Conference League showpiece. The stadium, which opened in 2011 and is known as Juventus Stadium in UEFA competitions, has a capacity of 41,689 spectators and has already hosted several major European fixtures, including the 2014 Europa League final, the 2021 UEFA Nations League final, and the 2022 UEFA Women’s Champions League final.

UEFA has also confirmed the other venues for the upcoming finals. The 2027-28 Champions League final will be played at Munich Football Arena, while Bucharest’s National Arena will host the Europa League final. A year later, Barcelona’s Camp Nou will stage the Champions League final, the National Stadium in Belgrade will host the Europa League final, and Budapest’s Puskas Arena will be the setting for the 2029 Conference League final.

The decision gives Turin another opportunity to welcome a major European football occasion and creates the possibility of Juventus competing for continental silverware on home soil. With the final scheduled for 2028, the club and its supporters now have an additional landmark event to look forward to at a stadium that has already built a strong history of hosting high-profile matches.
